Weather Webcam Voss: Keep up with the time-lapse weather Webcam live weather Voss. Voss is a place name and a municipality in Hordaland, Norway, about 100 km east of Bergen. Voss is the lake Vangsvatnet and has about 7,000 residents. On the mountain Hangursnolten leads a cable car. The Vosser to have been converted to the saints in 1023 by Olav. From this period probably dates the Olavskreuz between the town hall and the underlying post office. The 1277 inaugurated Vangs-Voss Church was built in the style fruehgotischen their places the walls are about 2 m thick. In addition to the stone altar that is as old as the church itself, no evidence from the period have survived. In a German air raid in 1940 Voss was largely destroyed, so only a few old buildings have been preserved.
